Call for application: “International Workshop on Preservation and Adaptive Reuse of a Historic Town for Resilience”

The workshop activities involved surveying and designing the restoration of significant historical buildings to connect tangible and intangible cultural heritage. The focus was on the historic town of Hizenhama Shuku in Kashima District, Saga Prefecture, the group of historic buildings built during the Meiji period and registered as a tangible cultural heritage asset of Japan.

Eligibility : Open to both undergraduate and graduate students of Faculty of Architecture, Kasetsart University (AKU).
